Sport Hotel Barisetti - Cortina

Winter

Cortina d’Ampezzo is a famous town for winter tourism. It is part of the ski area Dolomiti Superski: 1.200 km of slopes, in the middle of the most beautiful areas in the Alpine region, guaranteed snow, and 8 hours of sun every day.

The Sport Hotel Barisetti is the ideal destination for skiing holiday lovers.

The ski bus stops in front of the hotel and the ropeway “Freccia del Cielo” of the Tofanes ski area, where the Ski World Cup usually takes place, is just a few metres away. You can return to the hotel on your skis.

Magnificent and challenging slopes, black and red ones, as for example the legendary „Canalone“, the „Vertigine Bianca“ or the “Olimpia”. The Olympic ski races of 1956 took place on these slopes. Panoramic ski tours around the Sellagroup, the Sellaronda, or the “Giro dell Grande Guerra”. Skiing lessons for beginners on the Socrepes/Lacedel, at the foot of the Tofanes.

The slopes are all easy and particularly suitable for children and beginners. Easy linking of ski areas via the slopes of the Fassa Valley – Canazei.
